John 4: 35 – 38
Say not ye, there are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together. And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth. I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours (John 4:35-38).
Matthew 28: 19-20
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always even unto the end of the World. AMEN
Mark 16:15-18
Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved, but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe: In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues (languages). They shall take up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them, they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Gulf Coast Missionary Baptist District Association
The mission and women outreach ministries will work closely with the Gulf Coast Missionary District Association Women Ministries (GCMBDA) to assure the needs of the communities along the Gulf Coast. We will attend all District quarterly meeting and report to Pastor and Elder Rouse things that were discussed and learned in our District Meetings. We will attend all the State Conferences and Retreat as well as the State Prayer and Retreat Conference held annual in January. The ministry will support all community activities in associated with GCMBDA monthly, quarterly and annually.
Music Ministry
“Oh, sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth. Sing to the Lord, bless his name;
tell of his salvation from day to day.” (Psalm 96:1–2)
“Sing praises to God, sing praises! Sing praises to our King, sing praises!” (Psalm 47:6)
Church choirs embody the power of collective praise. Invoking the Holy Spirit through music,
these harmonious assemblies are not performers, and their role is not to entertain. Rather, they
are vessels of grace, facilitating an immersive and transcendent worship experience.
Church choirs, in their essence, serve as the heartbeat of worship, inviting congregations into a
deeper, more active engagement with the divine. Choirs can help focus the congregation for the
call to worship. They provide a powerful sense of the presence of the divine for the invocation.
They lead the congregation in hymns, giving worshippers the courage to express their devotion,
gratitude, and longing in a collective setting.

Usher Ministry
Romans 12: 13 KJV “Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.”
Psalms 84: 10 KJV “For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my
God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.”
The Usher ministry at FH is not just about greeting people at the door or showing them to their
seats. It’s a multifaceted role that plays a vital part in ensuring that church services run smoothly.
Ushers also help maintain order and ensure the safety of the congregation. Their work is an
essential component of church hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for newcomers and
regular attendees alike. In this way, the usher helps to create a positive impression of the church
and fosters a sense of community among those who gather for worship. Most importantly, ushers
play a key role in spreading the message of God’s love and grace to all those who enter the
church sanctuary, reinforcing the spiritual significance of their work.

Women Ministry
“The wise woman builds her house, but with her own hands the foolish one tears hers down.”
Proverbs 14:1
“Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or
addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can urge the younger women to love
their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to
be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.” Titus 2: 3-5
The FHMBC Women’s Ministry is pivotal for fostering spiritual
growth and support among women and contributing to the broader church community’s
vitality and diversity. Our Women’s Ministry provides a unique platform for addressing
the spiritual needs and concerns that women face. The ministry extends beyond spiritual
nurturing, and it encompasses mentorship, community service, and theological education tailored
to women’s experiences. But more than that, the ministry is a catalyst for empowering women to
discover and utilize their spiritual gifts, inspiring them to take an active role in
the church and broader community.

Deacon Ministry
The Deacon Ministry is a vital and esteemed position that holds spiritual significance. The Deacon Ministry’s role is to support the pastor, serve the congregation, and contribute to the overall well-being of the church community. The deacon within the Church provides valuable insight into their essential role in the Church’s structure and function.
The Deacons are trained in accordance with the scriptures: Acts 6:1-6 and 1 Timothy 3:8-13. The essential qualifications of a deacon are character and integrity, spiritual maturity, family life, sound judgment (which involves making wise decisions based on biblical principles), and servant leadership.

Outreach Ministries
Outreach Ministry
Forrest Heights Outreach Ministries, in alignment with God’s vision for the Pastor, operates through an evangelism team divinely gifted by God. These teams venture into diverse communities, presenting God in a compelling manner that Underscores His superiority over all other means of survival, thereby creating a profound need for Him.
Empty Your Closet Ministry
GOD gave me the vision approximately around 2008. We started in the dining room area at Forrest Heights, but GOD had me to move it out on the church grounds, and that’s when the ministry really took root. It has been a blessing to so many people. Our vision is based on Matthew 25: 35-39 KJV. We provide prayer, preaching, teaching the WORD and clothes.
Food Pantry
With the Rock Ministry under the leadership of Evangelist Paulette Dean, Forrest Heights is able to assist low-income families with food. This vital work is made possible by the support and involvement of the community. Forrest Heights partners with Feeding the Gulf Coast and distributes food to needy families through the more extensive Feeding Gulf Coast Mobile Pantry, sometimes providing families with small private food donations. The Rock Ministry, with the essential support of the community, provides food and serves families who may have lost a loved one.
Men of God Outreach
The Men of God Outreach Ministry is committed to serving our community. We provide a variety of services to our Seniors, such as small home repairs, lawn mowing, and minor auto repairs. As the Word of God says, “Honour the widows that are widows indeed” 1 Timothy 5:3 KJV, we strive to provide comprehensive support. We also cook and serve families during Thanksgiving and Christmas. In our dedication to the community, we have formed partnerships with churches such as Mount Beulah Missionary Baptist Church, Collins, MS.
