One of her primary responsibilities as the pastor’s wife is to actively support her husband in the spiritual development of the church body. Elder Rouse involvement take on many roles, such as leading women’s ministries, organizing community outreach programs, teaching Bible studies, and participating in pastoral counseling. She often serves as a mentor and spiritual advisor to other women in the congregation, offering guidance, prayer, and a listening ear.
